'The Unravelling Cosmic Circus' Is Returning to Chester

Up and coming Chester Psyche label and events organisers 'Neon Krishna Records' are putting on their second *UNRAVELLING COSMIC CIRCUS* event on the 30th of September on the outskirts of Chester.

After the success of their inaugural event last January, the 'circus' returns bigger and better with German spacerockers *VIBRAVOID* headlining one of only 3 UK dates this year.

Vibravoid are one of the most important trendsetters of the current Psychedelic scene and after more than 20 years, the group shines brightly with fresh ideas, a unique sense for amazing songs, great melodies and authentic cosmic sounds.

Second on the lineup are *EARTHLING SOCIETY* who played to mass acclaim at the last happening. Earthling Society are the UK’s leading Pagan psychedelic / Krautrock band.

Formed in the North West Of England in 2005, Earthling Society have released 6 acclaimed albums in as many years and have been championed by the likes of Julian Cope & Stuart Maconie as well as playing alongside such great acts as Damo Suzuki, The Groundhogs, Hawkwind, & Leafhound.

Also joining the eventl are Chester space rock legends *RED ELEKTRA 69* with their unique blend of Hard Rock and Improv Psyche featuring festival stalewarts Vince Cory, The Other One & Darren Butler.

Dave *ROAD TRIP* will be performing live and will also be bringing his stellar reputation as one of the Northwest's 'go to guys' as a sound engineer to make sure everything sounds absolutely spanking.

Ex Rev Rev singer-songwriter Shem Sharples will be putting down his acoustic guitar and picking up his *SHEMBOID* vibe for a fantastic set of DIY garage psyche. Shem also played apart in the last event and left the audience gobsmacked with his sonic adventures, using an electric guitar and violin bow amongst other mediums for total sonic experimentation.

Also making a repeat performance is *CAVALIER SONG* ambient guru *GUNN/THER* who will astound and amaze with his heavy, other wordly synth bliss.

And opening up for the event is Vince Cory/Dan Schott psyche collective *STARTRIPPER* who are making all the right noises in Psychedelic social media groups internationally.

Visuals and projections for this event will be supplied by Richard Starbuck using authentic and original fluid projections infused with modern day technology.

Neon Krishna will be supplying a 'pop up bar' selling cans, wines and limited spirits to keep the costs down for all patrons.

Local Chester record shops *GREY & PINK* & *WOODSTOCK VINYL* will be setting up stalls so you can peruse choice Psyche/Prog/Space Rock between the acts.

The first 30 people through the door will also receive a free limited edition *NEON KRISHNA* mix CD.

Doors open at 6pm. The event is taking place at All Saints Community Centre, 2 Vicarage Rd, Hoole, Chester CH2 3HZ.
