Higher Ground - 'Stupid Thoughts' Single Review

Female Fronted Pop-punk is a double edged sword. There’s so much out there it’s difficult to stand apart, feel fresh and bring something new to a genre which is already packed out with powerful vocalists.

'Stupid Thoughts' doesn’t bring anything fresh to the party, but I could definitely see this as a jumpy, party anthem at a live show for the band. Some good backing vocals and decent production keep it punchy and moving forward which helps set it apart and be more than just forgettable.
